Hello world!
On Saturday, we went to Grandma’s house and had an Easter party for Monkey’s birthday. We went to the Easter Funfair at Grandma’s Clubhouse. Monkey and Ladybug went in a Cars bounce house while I played some games. I got 4 whistles, a coloring page and 5 eggs! Monkey got 2 whistles, a coloring page and a maze. Ladybug got 2 whistles and a coloring page. After we went home, Papa talked about popcorn and so Grandma Great and I went and got popcorn and a bag of purple cotton candy.
When we got home we ate Hamburgers and Hotdogs outside. Then we sang Happy Birthday! Then after that we ate cake inside, because mommy and I did not like flowers on our food. It was a really windy day! Ladybug had the Green Eyed Monster in her when Monkey opened his presents! Monkey got a little dump truck, lizard pillow, a handsome church outfit and a big giant dump truck. Ladybug kept on saying, “I want that! I want that!” so she had to have a talk about it with Grandma. After the talk, she got a pink heart dress for her birthday, but it was an Easter dress so she got it at Easter time.
When he was all done opening his presents we all played outside with Grandma Great while Daddy, Mommy, Grandma, and Grandpa filled up the water barrels. Then we went home and played. Then it was Bedtime for Ladybug first, then Monkey, then me! Ladybug went first because of her attitude with the Green Eyed Monster.
For church on Easter Sunday, we all wore our church outfits. Mommy took pictures of us together in our church outfits. We were happy but Monkey would not stand still! Then we all got in the car and drove to church. We had all sorts of lessons about Easter and Jesus Christ being resurrected on the 3rd day of Easter, which is Easter Sunday! We were happy, but I had to keep switching seats because there were to many tall people in the front that were too tall. I liked watching the show.
